Important information:
We have
recently received (Summer 2011) a very bad experience from guests
staying here. As the clients did not ask for a receipt of payment, by
chechout the owners accused them of not having paid and demand again
for the already paid sum, even calling the clients "thiefs".
Located in the centre of Antananarivo, the hotel Vahiny offers 6 rooms
with en-suite facilities. Two of them have a private terrace and
further two have a balcony. Each of the six bedrooms is differently
decorated and has a personalised touch. You can choose for instance
between sleeping in an oriental like atmosphere, in an African or in an
Art Deco one. The wooden floor and the stylish ambience make of this
place a distinguished boutique hotel with surprisingly low fares.
Guests are also welcomed in the common living room and in the terrace,
where breakfast can be served.

Nice place with restaurant nestled opposite the botanical gardens of
Tsimbazaza in a quiet area. This hotel is really great value! Only 5
minutes from the city centre, hosts Jojo and Florent receive their
guests with warm hospitality in a fine small garden. Florent has worked
for 30 years on several National Parks, so he can give useful tips to
