Kaleta Private Reserve

The Kaleta Private Reserve is located in
the South of Madagascar not far from the Berenty Reserve, 85 km
North-West of
Fort Dauphin. The good point of Kaleta is that the entry fees are much
lower than at Berenty and you get to see almost the same flora and
fauna:
spiny forest, ring-tailed lemurs, Verreux sifakas, night active lemurs,
chameleons, lizards, radiated tortoises and more than 100 bird
species. This is by far the best option for budget travellers. |
